POLICY CENTERS

Free Congress Research and Education Foundation, Inc. is organized as a not-for-profit educational entity, and is qualified pursuant to 26 USC § 501 (c)(3), to assist the general public and other charitable and educational organizations by sharing research and educational information, with very limited legislative activity as permitted by 26 USC § 501(c)(2). Description of significant programs follows:

Center for Law and Democracy
researches, and coordinates activities pertaining to, potential nominees and nominees for the Federal Judiciary. Portions of such information are reported publicly via discussions, seminars or other types of forum and published and posted articles.

The Center for Conservative Governance
provides training and education to leaders in Washington and to the grassroots in how to govern effectively. Our personnel have the experience to provide such training. For example, FCF hosts an annual Russian Forum.

Center for Technology Policy
focuses upon legislative and Federal Executive Branch activities with respect to privacy issues and their ramifications, with due public reporting via discussions, seminars or other types of forum and published and posted articles.

Center for Cultural Conservatism
researches, and from time to publishes and posts articles and also film about historical, political and ideological movements affecting contemporary thought, particularly the “Cultural Marxism” influences deriving from a school of thought originated in Frankfurt, Germany.

Center for Broadcasting Programs
produces FCF News on Demand, an audio news service providing news and commentary sound slips via the Internet, and orchestrates a weekly one-hour Internet radio program.

Center for a Balanced Future
is geared to providing public policy ideas which will enhance fiscal responsibility. The Center focuses on reforming the process of how our nation’s leaders spend money. The Center is concerned about bringing about public policy which will reduce governmental spending and reduce the national debt. The Notable News Now columns periodically enumerate the national debt statistics, thus promoting general knowledge.
