Project for National Security

The Free Congress Foundation has a long history of training leaders overseas to the values of American liberty. We will advocate for homeland security policies that enhance our security without forfeiting our liberties. The Free Congress Foundation will be engaged in these debates, and we will strive for the delicate balance between security and liberty. Citizen involvement with homeland security is key to reducing anxiety and empowering our republic in a time of crisis. Again, this will begin with a national conversation.
