Project Centers
- Economic Liberty
The Free Congress Foundation is engaged in a debate over the economic well-being and independence of every American. Positive economic development, job creation and the encouragement of financial independence for its citizens is a necessity.
- National Security
The Free Congress Foundation will advocate for homeland security policies that enhance our security without forfeiting our liberties. Citizen involvement with homeland security is key to reducing anxiety and empowering our republic in a time of crisis. This will begin with a national conversation.
- Family Values
Government cannot substitute for the family. It is the ultimate provider of well-being, decency, and security in American society. The power of the family to live free from government dominance and for it to sustain itself is our best refuge in the face of international threats and domestic financial crisis.
- Center for Public Transportation
The Center’s purpose is to generate support for public transportation, especially urban and intercity rail, and forging a non-partisan, non-ideological public consensus. The Center is made possible by a grant from the Rockefeller Foundation.

Haiti Relief
| The Free Congress Foundation would like to thank all of those individuals who generously donated to our emergency relief effort for the suffering people of Haiti. Together we have raised $6,200 which has been given directly to Samaritan’s Purse, a Christian relief organization based in Boone, North Carolina, which has a track record of effective use of funds in a time of great emergency and need.
